ripped bike seatmoldy pool smell
the gym equipment was in poor condition. The bike seat was ripped and some weights pulleys were frayed. it seems maintenance is lacking. also, the fusty, moldy pool smell in the halls and entrance was quite off-putting, especially when they tried to cover it up with sprays. It. it really detracted from the overall experience.

I just returned from a four-night stay with my family. the hotel is modern. it has great rooms. netflix is available. Using a vpn is a tip. the staff provided smiles and greetings.
the variety of fresh fruit seemed limited to mostly watermelon. i'd also say lunches at both the pool and beach snack bars got very repetitive.

the hotel offers convenient beach access through a tunnel. this eliminates the need to cross any roads, thus enhancing safety and ease of access for families with children.

the main restaurant provided a very large selection of foods, replenished often. the snack bars were excellent for lunch. they included a variety of salads, meats, fish, breads, and kid-friendly options.

the pool area is spacious with many sun loungers and parasols available . there is a waterpark, a football pitch. mini golf, tennis and padel facilities for recreation and entertainment.

the bar staff members are friendly and offer a great selection of cocktails. the animation team is fun and engaging, especially liked by teenagers participating in daily activities.
