Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, with a beautiful ambiance and lovely swim-up pool rooms that added a touch of luxury. The animation team was exceptional and truly made our holiday memorable. However, the dining experience suffered due to constant queues at the main restaurant and some disappointing meals. Additionally, the housekeeping needed improvement, as it often felt careless, impacting our overall experience.
